The reviews band
Add the reviews widget (or use a DineNGo menu board, which includes one). It shows up to five recent Google reviews and refreshes on its own.
The spotlight
When a new review comes in above your minimum star rating, the screen pins it full-size for about 30 seconds with a celebration animation, then returns to normal. It is a great way to reward happy customers and nudge others to leave feedback.
The review QR
Every board can show a Review QR code. A guest scans it, lands on a quick page, and is taken straight to your Google review form. When they submit, your screens can spotlight the new review almost instantly.
Settings you control
- Minimum rating for the spotlight (default is 4 stars, so low ratings never take over the screen).
- How often the board checks for new reviews.
