Building Your First Display
A display is the full screen layout your customers see. You build it from widgets, the ready made blocks that do the design work for you. Add the ones you need, arrange them, and you are done.
Create the display
- In the dashboard, create a new display and give it a clear name, for example "Front Counter" or "Window Screen."
- Choose landscape or portrait to match how your screen is mounted.
Add widgets
Add the widgets your business needs and drag them into place:
- Clock shows the time.
- Text and Sliding Text show a headline, a message, or a scrolling ticker.
- Image shows a single photo or graphic.
- Slideshow rotates through a set of photos. You set how long each one shows.
- Menu shows your items and prices in a clean layout.
- Store Hours shows when you are open.
- Weather shows the local forecast.
- Announcements show timely notices like a daily special.
- YouTube plays a video or reel.
- Web Page shows an approved web page.
- Social Feed shows recent social posts.
- Canvas Creator and Content Studio let you design custom graphics in the dashboard.
- HTML shows custom formatted content.
- Live TV plays a live channel and cuts to your own promos on a schedule.
Lay it out so it reads across the room
- Keep text large and give it space.
- Put the most important thing, your offer or your featured item, where the eye lands first.
- Preview the display before you publish and check it from a distance.
Update any time
Change a price, swap a photo, or add a special from your phone or laptop. Every screen showing that display updates itself within seconds. You never walk the floor to make a change.
When the display looks right, copy its link and open it in the browser on your in store screen. Set full screen and leave it running.
